Rooted in the ancient non-dual tradition of Indian Tantra, this deeply meditative practice combines movement, breathwork, mantra, meditation, visualisation and deep relaxation to create the conditions in which the body's Divine Feminine life force—Kundalini Shakti—may naturally flow more freely.
This is not about striving. It is not about forcing an awakening.
It is a path of surrender. A path of grace.
As the body softens and the mind becomes still, we begin to let go of what no longer serves us. We create the conditions for deep rest, inner harmony and the natural unfolding of our own spiritual journey.
Over the next four weeks we will journey through the first four chakras, creating the foundations for a life that feels more grounded, joyful, empowered and heart-centred.
Why is this different?
Hi, I’m Melly.
Yoga has been part of my life for many years and has always brought me peace, strength and a deep connection with myself.
Following a profound spiritual awakening during meditation, my understanding of life changed completely. I found myself longing to understand more deeply the nature of consciousness, Kundalini Shakti and the ancient spiritual traditions that spoke of this direct experience of our true nature.
That search eventually led me to the ancient path of Tantra Kundalini Yoga.
For me, it felt like coming home.
Here I discovered a sacred tradition that didn't ask me to believe in something outside of myself, but instead offered timeless practices that gently deepened my own direct experience of the Divine within.
Today, it is my greatest joy to share these beautiful teachings with others.
Not because I believe everyone should have the same experiences, but because I have seen how profoundly our lives can change when we slow down, surrender and reconnect with the wisdom that already lives within us.
Over the past few months, one theme has continually arisen through my coaching and conversations with clients.
People are longing to slow down. To let go. To release what no longer serves them. To reconnect with themselves.
Many describe carrying stress, emotional heaviness or a feeling of being stuck within the body, longing for a way to gently release and return to a deeper sense of peace.

Absolutely.
Whether you are completely new to yoga or have been practising for many years, you are warmly welcomed. Everything is offered as an invitation and you are always encouraged to listen to your own body.

Although practising together live is a beautiful experience, every class is recorded and uploaded to the course area so you can enjoy the journey in your own time.
If you are watching the recording the best time to practise is in the morning before eating. Wait 2-3 hours after eating to practise yoga to allow your food to settle.

There is no perfect posture.
Tantra Kundalini Yoga is an energetic and meditative practice rather than a physical performance. You are encouraged to honour your own body, work within your own limits and rest whenever you need to.

A yoga mat, a drink of water, a yoga strap (or dressing gown tie), a tissue for breathwork and, if you have them, yoga blocks, a cushion and a blanket for relaxation. Most importantly, bring an open heart and a quiet space where you won't be disturbed.

Unlike many modern styles of yoga, our focus is not on physical perfection but on awareness and energetic alignment. Every body is different and only you can truly feel what is right for your body today.

Hi, I’m Melly
My own journey led me from seeking, overthinking, and searching for something outside of myself…into a deeper understanding of who we truly are.
Through the Three Principles, Tantra Kundalini yoga, and lived experience, I’ve come to see that what we’re all looking for is already within us. My life’s mission is to live a life of freedom, purpose, meaning and joy and help others do the same.
Now, I hold spaces like this to gently guide others back to that same understanding… To come back home to the guidance of our heart and soul, and our true selves.
